Every time I go to list something on the app it crashes and just drafts it. Will not let me go back to add anything or edit it! Please help, I am using a ios also.
I've never used the app but heard it can be glitchy (I always use the same desktop computer, Chrome, Windows 10). I really don't get that (re: glitchy app), since Etsy has been trying to push the app. Try using a browser instead. Hope this helps.
if i’m in a situation where i have to use my iphone to get something done, imho the app is not the way to go. there are just too many things it won’t do. i open safari and sign in to my shop that way and have full access to any feature i need.
