Many of us sellers still do not receive emails from Etsy, or it is very random! This has been going on with me for 3 years and Etsy refuses to fix it. I go to help, get the runaround, and then they close the case. This latest case has been "sent on" to tech support...that was 3 months ago. I am totally used to going to my dashboard for messages and sales now BUT I do not receive any important emails like policy changes, deactivations, etc. Maybe, they should put communications like this in our dashboard if they can't fix the problem. Sorry, I have no idea on what "label" to use!
