Why is the customer writing to me like that?

Hello, I want to order this from you, but I need your email, I contacted support, they said that because you have a new store, they have not yet connected the automatic ordering system, so the seller’s email is required, thank you

Because they are trying to scam you.  Don't give them anything and send the message to spam.

That's a scammer trying to steal your personal info.  Mark the message as spam and don't engage with them.

I'm glad you didn't engage.  That is not a Buyer, it is a scammer! A Buyer never needs your email; Orders are done through Etsy Payments.
The following is an Etsy Announcement re: Scams.  At one time, it was at the top of the Forum, but now it's buried under past Announcements. Scammers are an infestation here, and I really wish Etsy would place a prominent Warning in every Seller's Dashboard.  Because you know very well, there are many Sellers who don't visit the Forums, and I am sure several have been hacked. Stay safe.

Re: Why is the customer writing to me like that?

There is never any reason to take any part of the transaction off of the Etsy platform.  Doing so can void the Etsy Seller Protection Policy.  Whenever I get messages like this I always answer _"Absolutely not.  All communication regarding items for sale in my shop will be done through Etsy messages, where they are monitored by Etsy.  It protects both the seller and the buyer."  Usually get crickets after that.  Just mark the message as Spam, and be ready for the next one that comes along.

SCAM. There is no such thing as an "automatic ordering system".

Etsy already has your email and your banking information.

Yup. Just got the same email word for word about 5 minutes ago. Messaged back for them to stop sending these messages as Etsy sellers know it's a scam and marked as Spam.

@DazzlingHandmadeShop you can't 'block' the scammer on the messages. Just mark the Etsy message as spam. Don't confuse the message notification email which is actually from Etsy (telling you there is a message on Etsy), with the scam message which will be on the message section. If a message is from Etsy, it will be marked with a button and be in the 'from Etsy' section on the message page.
