I am a Canadian Seller with Canadian customers. I have a tax ID added to my account. Recently Etsy has stopped collecting HST for my customers. What do I need to do to resolve this? USA and UK taxes are working fine.

If you have a Tax ID, YOU have to be collecting the tax from customers and remitting, not Etsy.
You needed to have added GST/HST taxes into your item prices since you uploaded the Tax ID onto Etsy. It has been this way for a few years now. Etsy takes care of provincial taxes for registered sellers and all taxation for unregistered sellers.
^^^^^correct answer is here. Started July 1 2022 when the laws changed.
And totally incorrect on the part of etsy i might add.
It is completely correct, though awkward
You have to include HST in your price when you sell on etsy
The canadian government allows etsy to be your agent, and collect it for you
or it allows etsy for you to include it in your price, and you have to sort it out.
Etsy has chosen the section option, so it works like VAT in all the other countries and areas, like UK, and Australia, and the EU.
It is correct, and it is a pain in the neck
