I have two stores and in both of them only a fraction of my items show up. In one store I have over 1100 items and only 190 show up in the iphone app. In my other store I have over 600 items and only 24 of them show up in the iphone app, Chrome and Edge!!!! I have posted about this before on the listings and heard it affects some other people as well. I have emailed etsy and gotten 4 canned responses and then somehow managed to get the call back option to work three times and being told it was going to be escalated ASAP and nothing is happening - no email responses, no call backs, nothing!! This has been going on for a long time now. My orders are way down as a result and I am getting so frustrated I just want to cry. It is completely unacceptable to have this kind of customer service. I have paid for over 1700 listings = $330 and they are not being shown hence they cannot be bought. $330...that is a lot of money... I want my listing fees back if they are not going to show my items and I might as well stop listing anything more because this is a complete joke.
The app is often glitchy - Etsy Support won't be able to fix it. You need to update your shop announcement - "I am away for a few days. My next shipment will be on Wednesday May 1st 2024"
@BingusPingusPaper: Not dismissing your points, but perhaps your shop announcement that 'My next shipment will be on Wednesday May 1st 2024' is affecting your order rate a little.
@BagmakerSupply Thanks. I actually meant to post this from my other shop where I have had the issue for about a month. I recently reopened my paper store as I usually only have it open during the holidays as I mostly sell Christmas cards, so I cannot really say if this issue is affecting this store or not yet, but only 24 out of 600 listings show up and if you cannot see them, you cannot buy them. I will update my shop announcement but honestly I usually find that hardly anyone reads it anyways. When I am on vacation, I always email people back to make sure they saw there will be a delay in shipping and 95% of people say they didn't see it.
Only 138 of my over 800 listings appear on the orange app. Sad but true.
FWIW I only recently uploaded the app to see how my photos look. They fit on desktop and on my phone when not in the app. But they don’t fit when viewing on that annoying orange app.
I'm sorry to hear you haven't received help. Etsy is known for having poor seller support and ignoring some issues. It's become clear that there is such a large pool of sellers that shops are dispensable now. So there really isn't an incentive for them to do better in this area. But that doesn't mean things won't improve. They might.
The app is funky. And Etsy is changing. They aren't wanting to show as many items to shoppers so this might not be seen as a current problem with fixing to them at the moment? Or they may be working on something that would automatically resolve this kind of thing? Who knows? I do feel they are in a state of current deep change which is usually difficult.
@NancyQstudio I totally agree get that they may not want to show as many items to shoppers in search and if my listings don't show up in search that is one thing. However if someone comes directly to my store including repeat customers, they should be able to see all my listings as I have paid listing fees for them and it is in my store.
@BingusPingusPaper I couldn't agree more. I feel the exact same way. Because of Etsy uncontrollable issues I'm starting to write my new business plan which greatly downgrades how I'll be using Etsy. I'm hoping Etsy makes the expected announcement on changes before year end so I can factor this in.

So is Chrome.
Are you looking at the page numbers below and thinking that is all there is? No, everything is there. As a buyer moves through the pages they will go through 600+ items if they so desire too. I just did that to make sure of what I am typing.
THe app is glitchy on the seller side. Not so much on the buyer side.
You lacke UK/EU policies and Etsy has said that visibility will be lowered if a shop is not complete.
You also don't list your shops in both public profiles which is required by Etsy,
Something else may be the photos. I have a large monitor but I am having difficulty seeing some of your items. The thumbnail is a bit too dark and a bit blurry. For Etsy, photos have become primary as a search result tool. So being found may be hampered by that. I know photos are a big stressor for me and I have redone photos because they just didn't pop out in search when compared to other listings,

Also on my photos, I noticed some of them are no longer good and will need to redo them. I have had the store closed since last Christmas and they were fine then, but now with all the changes some of the photos are now longer good.
On EU/UK policies - I don't sell to those countries, so would I still need a policy? My policy is i don't sell to those countries.
@ArtDollsbyJD Also - just checked my profile and I have my other store listed in the public profile in the about section. Do you not see it or is it in the wrong place?
I am using the app and see 603 items in this shop. Maybe this has been fixed? You don’t list your other shop so I can’t check that one. You should list it right away since that is required.
