Why can't I edit my shop to rearrange... moved or more testing?!

Did we change, move or eliminate something without letting us know?

I can't get the "Edit shop" to work so I can rearrange my items, so what's the deal? I've searched everywhere in my settings and more with no results ... must we play this shell game constantly, I really don't have the patience or the time for this!

There have been some issues reported recently about problems with rearranging.

Try getting there the other way.

Shop manager then look toward the bottom of the left side navigation menu for sales channels. Find your shop name next to the orange E and you should see a pencil icon. Click that pencil and it should take you to the same place the 'edit shop' button used to.

Thanks for the help ... so now there are 3-4 more steps required to accomplish the same thing that was done in one... WTG Etsy!

So it only took several people's help and 42 minutes later, I've been able to move one item... how's that for efficient, eh Etsy? UNbelievable!

I had problems this morning with the rearrange.

I’ve tried both ways and everything is greyed out - I cant rearrange. I’m backing away and will try again tomorrow. This is painful.
