Why are my first responses to buyers, done on my phone, not being shown on my star seller status

I had a 95% to 100% response rate, then all of the sudden it dropped to 75%.  It seems all responses done on my phone are not being calculated.  I'm very frustrated and need to know what can be done.

I never answer messages on my mobile device. The App is a piece of garbage and I don't trust it.

ALWAYS use a laptop or computer to respond.

Try downloading the SVG from the Star Seller data to see which ones were not counted as replied to.

You can try complaining to Etsy, but they have openly said that they will not retroactively adjust Star Seller metrics.

The one time I responded to a message on my phone, it did not go to the newly opened thread.  So, despite responding within minutes of receiving the message, it counted against me for my SS stats, and I lost the badge.  Lesson learned the hard way (this was in the old seller app, too).

Now, I always go to my computer and browser to reply, and make sure I'm answering the thread the most recent message came from.  I'm sorry this has happened to you.  I receive very few messages so it took me two months to get the badge back.

@lzjewels: "responses done on my phone" Do you mean using the app or replying to the eMail confirmation of the message or via your mobile browser? There are many reports of issues using the first two methods and the consensus seems to be to use your (mobile) browser.
