Why are my camellia listings being flagged?

Etsy has deactivated some of my camellia jewelry collection for counterfeit or prohibited , intellectual property. These are mine, handmade designs since 2006 and they said they reviewed and consider it resolved. My shop clearly shows I specialize in my handmade flowers and not listing mass produced or copies SO I redesigned them and now one of the listings to the new design just got deactivated. I can't figure out what the issue is ?????

Give it a few days, Etsy will likely reinstate it.

A new US law passed regarding counterfeit goods on marketplaces.  Etsy has been trying to comply.  Bots catch things, then they get reviewed and reinstated.

They did reply saying they reviewed it and considered it resolved and have kept them deactivated.

I carry a line of solid fabric called Supreme Solids.

It was take down as trademark infringement of the Supreme Motown Group.

Re: Why are my camellia listings being flagged?

@StrandedTreasures  - You will need to reply to Etsy again, saying your issue is not resolved. Respond to their reply - opening a new help ticket only puts you to the end of the line again.

If possible, include all info. you have on the listing, when first listed, etc. If you have any photos or videos showing you creating the listing include this too.

Also you can do an image search on the listing. It is possible someone out there has stolen your photos, maybe even the description too. Then your listing was reported to Etsy as not being handmade.
If you find your listings have been hijacked, you will need to file a DMCA with that website/marketplace.

Re: Why are my camellia listings being flagged?

Make sure when you reply to the emails etsy sends you, OR if you open a ticket about deactivated items, INCLUDE screen shots of the item, title, and any pertinent info to help your case. Put it right in front of their face so they can see all the info up front.

OP, Just checking... camellias have an association with chanel, you didn't use any designer style wording in those listings? Again, just troubleshooting.

Gorgeous shop btw! Good luck!

Re: Why are my camellia listings being flagged?

Thank you! I don't use any trademark names in the description. I did think maybe Chanel trademarked "Camellia" or felt my design was too similar?  I'm going to gather up my info and photos and see if I can get them to reinstate it or at least give me the specifics on why they have chosen not to otherwise how can I fix or adjust them.
