I’ve gotten multiple messages from customers asking why their orders have been refunded. Everything looks fine from my end & I don’t show anything being refunded. Some sort of glitch?

I did- no refunds have been given
I was just asked the same question. On my end nothing, but on 1 customer’s end it says refunded?
I just checked my recent purchases and every single one says refunded but none of them actually have been.
Just heard that it must be a glitch on the app.
Of course it is...we are in Glitchville!
Same thing is happening to my customers too. I'm responding saying everything will ship as normal, because I have to assume Etsy will fix it one way or another. I have a rush order that HAS to ship today so that's my only solution.
I'm seeing the same thing. My basket for my mmco account is empty and the link to it says doesnt exist. My order that are pushing 100 a day are at 5 today as well. I'm ok with that I don't want it going this crazy before Christmas LOL It Def is the Etsy IT team messing things up.
Were these pending purchases? If so the orders did not clear. Etsy sends an email inviting them to check their credit card and to buy again.
If the orders are present then contact Etsy to state your concerns, If nobody contacts them there is no way for them to know there is a problem.
They're not pending. Mine cleared yesterday. I did report and chat says thanks and "they know about it and are working on it" yada yada

Today is really slow and weird. Sounds like they are messing with things again.
