Why is it so hard to get hold of support Etsy is making me have sleepless nights .After reaching out...

If Etsy thought you were spamming people. Ex. Contacting people who faved your items with coupon codes etc. Or if they felt you sent too many messages in a short time frame they might temporarily remove your convo privileges.  Not sure how long it lasts.

There seem to be an increased number of posts about this in the past few days. Maybe Etsy's definition of "too many" convos has changed.

I have 3 orders of kids video invite and I can’t reply to them, so they probably will do a bad review also have 4 people sending me msgs for orders again can’t answer so my star seller badge that I worked so hard to get will go

just when I was doing so great with sales there goes my business, sad this is my only income I have

@DigitalChicShop You will have your buyer's email on their order. You can contact them that way until you get things figured out.

Maybe Etsy is now removing message privileges for IP infringing shops?

Did you send a lot of unsolicited messages or offers to anyone? That is usually the reason. 

That may be the least of your worries though, as Etsy may shut down your shop since it appears most if not all of your items are using others intellectual property.

If this is truly your only income, you should take the IP and messaging issues seriously. Some of the items in your reviews have been removed which means you may be on Etsy’s radar. Next step can be the closing of your shop. If you decide to continue with selling the illegal counterfeits, make sure you start saving money now for when your income from Etsy ends and to defend against lawsuits from the IP holders.
