Why I'm not a star seller?

My rating for March is below but I'm not a star seller for Etsy. Can you understand and explain it?

Rating Etsy rules it's only for bad math students.
In the end of the day we will forget the mathematics we already know.

Because you only had 20 reviews between 1st December and 28 February and 3 of these were 4 star or below

Those are the stats for the next badge on april 1st, counting the review period of Jan - Mar.

You need to look at the last review period

To see your data for the badge awarded yesterday, you have to look at Last Review Period, December to February.

It's to the right of the text that says "current review period"

The data that you're seeing on the Current review period will be used for the next month's Star Seller eligibility(April). Kindly remember that on the first of every month, we will look back at your last 3 months of performance on Etsy to evaluate for Star Seller.
