Why I can’t see my shop when I search for it

Your shop is indexed.

When you put your shop name in the search bar, did you click on the dropdown ''find shop names containing...''?  Or did you just click the search icon?   Clicking the icon will bring up results that include words in your shop name.  Some of your items might show if you used your shop name in tags.

I would suggest, however, that you ask for a Shop Critique in that forum section.

@AtelierSunnyside: Depending on the device, the 'find shop names containing...' may appear buried further down the page.

As an aside, you should fill out the about section with information on how you personally hand make your otherwise it may look you are only reselling. Also, your 'Sushi presentation board and serving board' has a different price in the picture than on the listing.
