Why Am I getting a red flag for mail pickup

I'm getting a red flag and I can not request a pick up! It says Execut,ing query outside of transaction while another transaction is active.

I have no active transactions! I need these picked up tomorrow!

@vintagelady7: As mentioned in numerous posts in this forum, the error message is not for you - it is for the developers. That message should be intercepted and replaced with a user friendly error message. Basically there is an error occurring when Etsy is trying to pass your request through to USPS via their API. Thank you   That is the error code I get, and have been getting for almost 2 weeks now. I have been requesting threw the postal service. Just flustering.
