Don't know if this is local (Australia) or not. No stores are loading and I'm getting the "whoopsie" message (*cringe at that) but only after trying to refresh the page several times. I've checked status and there are no current outages. Even the .com is not loading. The domain is correct in the address - just not loading anything. I'm using a browser, not the app.
It's not on my end. I've checked.
If there are any mods in here today - I'd let the tech guys know about this.
Edit to add: Why are there no "technical" or "outage" label. Ridiculous I have to pick a label that has nothing to do with the issue.
Seems it's happening to a lot of us. Another seller posted about this too. Hopefully Etsy will get this fixed quickly.
Somebody at Etsy flipped a switch on their way out on their last day of work?
@YarnOtterHandmade yeah, it makes you wonder. That and all the scam 'attacks' we've been experiencing over the last year.
I copied @ModFabio on this a while ago and asked him to refer it to tech support (if there are any working over the break). It appears to be coming and going.
@BootifulLabels thanks for doing that. If he's in the US then might not be online for a few more hours (if he's even working today).
Same here my mobile app works but the site won’t upload on my desktop.
My browser is chrome but when I tried internet explorer it worked.
Oh good times!! I am having the same issues as all above, in Queensland.
It seems to be intermittent as I just got an order, but right now I'm personally seeing blank pages on the main Etsy website.
I'm sure it will be sorted soon.
Us too!
At first I thought the title of this post was "Where to report an outrage?" which would be kinda normal these days...Anyway, my shop's only accessible on my phone.
But it isn't resolved. Minutes ago Etsy stopped working just as I was nearly finished listing a new item. Google kept saying the page was unresponsive, so I kept saying "wait" but it eventually closed anyway leaving a "page not found" page in its place.
