"Spam Sam's scam" - best slogan ever.  Now try to say that 10 times in a row.

I think telephone number is Chinese by the way.  Not going to comment further on that.

I received this email too. Mark as Spam should be enough

Mark it as spam, if a few people do it, it comes up on etsy's radar and they close the account

We received exactly the same message from "spam Sam's scam" today - January 6, 2024.

The Whatapp number is indeed from an east Asian country.
A red flag anyway.

Marked as Spam.

Unsure if this notifies Etsy automatically as well.

If not, introducing an additional option in Messages to directly report scam messages will be helpful.
