When adding a New listing it’s not allowing me to complete it and blinks off to my home screen

I am trying to list items and as I save details to go to the next step it vanishes and goes to my Home Screen. I had a chat w/an Etsy CSR but that didn’t help at all? I was recommended to uninstall and reinstall the app which seems terrifying! I’m afraid I’d lose everything in my shop some how? Any ideas? TY!

You won't lose your shop.  Uninstall and reinstall my help but it may not.  Others are having the same issue.  If you can wait for a bit, look to see if Etsy comes here to discuss the issue.  That may give you what to do.

If you can work from a computer while waiting that may help pass the time.

@JuliesVintageTouch: You can't hurt your shop by uninstalling an app - think of the app as a poorly implemented browser that connects to a poorly designed website. But all things considered, you will be better off managing your listings, messages and orders via a (desktop if you can) browser than using an app.
