For about a week, whenever I buy shipping labels on Etsy, none of my information is filled in. I do calculated shipping with profiles and input the size box and weight of everything when I list it. Before this started happening, when I would go to "Get shipping labels," all of that would be filled in. Now it says "Additional information required," and the package weight, size and delivery service is blank. I have to go back to the listing and get all the info. The customer is being charged the correct amount for my size box and service offered. I waited about a week to see if it would be corrected. I have not changed anything. I am using the same browser I have used for years. I am posting it here in the hopes that Etsy will be alerted to what apparently is a glitch.
Another glitch that has never been corrected is I cannot share to my business Facebook page anymore. This has been happening for months. FB says it is an Etsy problem. I'm a little frustrated....
