When Buying Shipping Labels, None of My Information is Filled In

For about a week, whenever I buy shipping labels on Etsy, none of my information is filled in. I do calculated shipping with profiles and input the size box and weight of everything when I list it. Before this started happening, when I would go to "Get shipping labels," all of that would be filled in. Now it says "Additional information required," and the package weight, size and delivery service is blank. I have to go back to the listing and get all the info. The customer is being charged the correct amount for my size box and service offered. I waited about a week to see if it would be corrected. I have not changed anything. I am using the same browser I have used for years. I am posting it here in the hopes that Etsy will be alerted to what apparently is a glitch. 

Another glitch that has never been corrected is I cannot share to my business Facebook page anymore. This has been happening for months. FB says it is an Etsy problem. I'm a little frustrated....

There are several posts about this in the Forum. It's apparently an Etsy glitch, but no one seems to know the solution just yet. Quite frustrating and time consuming for the shop owners.

i have never been on a site that has as many glitches as etsy.

they fix one thing.

I agree.  Much of it is because of how they run tests, and how many tests they run.

Each team has the authority to run whatever tests they want.  The problem is, they don't have to check with other teams to clear their test.  So often two tests are being run that conflict with each other, and BAM!  Instant glitch, sometimes with unforeseen really bad consequences.  I don't expect the number of glitches to ever improve, unless they change to a more sane policy of having all tests go through clearance first.

I wouldn't be surprised if some of the glitches are also Etsy outgrowing their software/hardware limitations due to how fast they are growing

Did you check your Shipping Settings > Shipping Label Options to make sure the ''Pre-fill the labels for me'' option was still enabled (and saved)?

I've been having the same issue for several days. I have always have had "Pre-fill the labels for me" option and I checked and still do. So annoying as I usually have a good amount of sales and now I have to go back into my listings and check the weight and box size and fill it in each time.

Same issue here. I went on Etsy chat support and was told to clear my browsing data and try again, which I am not doing obviously. There is no reason why that would be causing this all of a sudden when it's never been an issue before. I am glad to know it's not just me. Hopefully a solution is coming!

Same issue!! I realize that it still works on the Etsy App, we all can try to print the labels from our phones before Etsy solve this problem.

I have the same issue since last Thursday. After communicating with ETSY, they told me that their engineering team is looking deeper into this issue and they will inform me when it's solved. I've been waiting for two days. I hope they solve it soon.
