Hey, everybody. My etsy store has been in existence for three months and in that time I have made 11 sales and had 3 reviews with a rating of 5. But now my account is suspended for no reason, by mistake
I just changed my card because I accidentally deleted past settings (the card was and is the same) and I was asked to verify it. I was waiting for a message to do it but it didn't come and I got distracted by my work and forgot about it. And then when I tried to log in to my store I was told that my account was blocked. It all happened within a day to a day and a half.
I appealed, I wrote everywhere I could. What else can I do?
Etsy does not allow me to enter my account to confirm the card.

It's probably because you were selling copyrighted books. If they were books our of the public domain (i.e., really old books, like Shakespeare) or fake books, you would be fine.
Etsy is increasingly shutting down shops that they deem potentially problematic. I'm sure the authors and publishing houses could come after you. Copyright and trademark are LAWS, not etsy rules.
I don't sell books as a personal reprint, But as personal modification of an official publisher. These are collector's books. The art of drawing on book edges is very old. People used to decorate the edges with different designs. Etsy already returned my account and said it was a mistake. Have a nice day, everyone!
