What cause a duplicate posting?

I closed my shop for six months only to open it again.  I spent two days posting only to find out I have duplicate postings of all I had posted.  Then as I dug further, this was happening to me before I closed my shop unbeknownst to me.  I have researched the problem, put in an email to Etsy (##$%##).  Anyone know how to remedy this?

@forgottencitizen: We see 139 listings and 'LPB188' only shows up once. If the duplicates have the same listing id then it is most likely either a corrupted browser cache or a corrupted index on the cloud server that you are connected to.

I wonder why I have duplicates of all I have past posted and my new postings.  Weird.  I don't know why I am seeing doubles of all the single postings I have made.

@forgottencitizen: What do you mean by "duplicate postings"? The same listing showing twice under two different listing ids or the same listing id being displayed multiple times?

Same listing posting multiple times.  One reply stated they didn't see any duplicates and on my end I see duplicate of all that I posted (I had my annual exam for my eyes last week).

I have now had two examples of this - one was an order for the same item which the purchaser somehow managed to buy twice on the same order thinking it was a pair. I had to refund the entire order and lost the customer. 
this morning I had an order for another item which was sold 3 weeks ago! Another refund… another pissed off customer. 
i have had to go through my entire inventory and deactivate a further 5 duplicate listings. What the heck is going on? Why can’t I take this up direct with the Help Centre?
