In our Weekly Update for our shop, it list the number of views and it is listing that we have had 1 order. This order does not appear in our Shop Manager and am now concerned as do not want to miss a sale.
Please advise who I can contact to see if this is an error.

Did you have an order the previous week? I find that sometimes the dates aren't exactly current - or the stats as sometimes it will say I have open orders to ship but they had already gone out that morning (when I received the email after 3 p.m.)

@TheBeenAroundShop Check the "completed" tab on your orders and shipping page to see if Etsy cancelled any orders. And as others have said there are often date and time induced discrepancies between various Etsy generated statistics and reports.
