NO MATTER WHAT I DO i cannot get this account to work. I have been trying for about 2 years now HOW DO I SELL ON ETSY!! beyond frustrated with this company. They have all my personal information, all my business information (have have a store front) all my tax information and i have NO way to contract any one to get help. 

I have checked all the information until i am blue in the face and everything is correct.
