We were unable to verify the business information you entered - Specialist Team?

Hello, i posted last week about issues involving validating my business account. My issue is:

"We were unable to verify the business information you entered.

Please review your business name and any identification numbers closely, make any necessary changes, and re-submit it for verification. You’ll have two re-verification attempts, after which your account will be locked. If you continue to have trouble, please contact your local tax authority or applicable government entity, where the business is registered, for more assistance."

The business information is correct... does anyone know how businesses are verified? We are a Hong Kong business - but they don't have that listed as a country where business documents are accepted.

A moderator named @modkenneth, kindly assisted us and send he had sent information to the specialist team, but we have not received anything from them. How long does it typically take... we've already lost our best selling weeks of the year

This is a forum for Etsy sellers to answer questions.  Non of us can help you with this.  You need to contact customer support.

Who indicated a specialist team will look into it. But haven't heard back. Unfortunately, we can't use the support functions unless we are verified.

We experienced the same problem and were put on “vacation” by Etsy for a few months. I finally found a tab where we could upload our County/State/Federal tax and business license info and Etsy switched us back on within a few hours.

Those forum mods aren't actually helping anyone.  They are shutting down the threads trying to make it all invisible.  Nothing to see here.   Two weeks and nobody has contacted you proves my point.

Same here, my shop is in vacation mode from past 11 days for no reason, i have not received any mail and even etsy support is not responding.
