I created a store and exhibited goods after which my store was thrown in the ban (everything was fine I saw my goods in the search) but then I was forced to throw in Vacation Mode I do not know what to do support does not respond for more than 24 hours. I have tried everything. I've tried everything. I've tried everything.
I paid off the balance in the store. I passed kyc in payoneer. and nothing changed after 24 hours since my last attempts.
What sort of 3D printed items were you offering?
It may be a simple verification issue, which is common with new shops, in which case you have to wait for Etsy to get around to verifying your ID and asking for any documents they need to do so.
However, if you were printing items that are on Etsy's prohibited items list, or which Etsy may see as making use of another party's IP, you may have a bigger problem. Prohibited listings can be things like weapons or replica weapons, characters or props from well-known franchises and other IP protected sources, as well as many other things. You will need to wait for Etsy to get back to you to determine exactly why the vacation mode was imposed. We are all just sellers like you here, we can help with clarifying the rules Etsy already outlines in the help files, but we cannot actually do anything to change the status of your shop.
I wanted to sell electronic files for 3D printing
It's common practice for Etsy to put a shop in vacation mode while they verify the seller's identity. You should have been sent an email from Etsy which explains this. Make sure your seller details are correct and match your ID documents. Go to - shop manager / Finances / Legal and tax information. Uploaded ID documents must use Latin characters.
etsy didn't send me anything
No change ignore
30 hours have passed
It might take weeks or months for Etsy to review and verify your info and take you off vacay.
30 hours is nothing on Etsy.
Some sellers have waited months.
Are you sure there's nothing on your dashboard or finance page about additional info needed, upload a photo ID, verifying bank / payment methods, etc.
If you have uploaded any info that Etsy needs then Etsy is probably reviewing everything which takes time.
I created a store yesterday and everything was fine. but then came the blocking. in the finance section everything is fine. i even paid the debt of 6 bucks.
There is another post here that says 2 months to verify docs.
It takes time for Etsy to verify. More than 48 hours. It can be longer. Not knowing where you are located can be an issue with your ID of it has any special characters.
What kind of files? Your shop name leads to anime show and gaming. Do your files have anything to do with the game or the anime? That can cause Etsy to check out what you are selling.
We are fellow sellers here and can only speculate.
You may need to contact Etsy for further help.
It's already the 4th day I'm trying to write to support. I barely found an online chat with a bot that says you will be contacted. I just found out that I've been disabled the ability to write in this chat I'm just shocked.
