We do not see orders in Seller's account under "Orders & Shipping"

We do not see orders in Seller's account under "Orders & Shipping". But I have received the order confirmation email in my inbox also I can see the PayPal entry in my PayPal account. Can anyone confirm the issue? This is observed on Etsy Mobile Andriod App and Desktop website.

I would refresh the page or even uninstall and reinstall the app.

Not sure what's going on. I tried all install-uninstall apps and private mode on the desktop website and still am not able to see the order. But in recent activity, I can see customers have purchased it but are not able to see the same order under the "Orders & Shipping" section on the desktop website (under "Orders" in mobile app).
