We are unable to renew our product sheets as usual?? No Etsy help either?? HELP

Hello Everyone, ( message in English and French below )

For 3 days we have been unable to renew our product sheets in our Etsy shop. We have tried everything and nothing works. When you don't renew on the same day Etsy instead of paying $0.20 USD (which you pay when renewing), Etsy takes $0.27 because you don't automatically renew the day same.

BUT here, we are trying to renew 5 product sheets and still UNABLE. It's usually never difficult to do, rather very easy but nothing works. We don't know what's going on and we hope Etsy will see our message because we will be forced to pay more for renewing late, which is not our fault for the last 3 days.
Is there anyone who has experienced or who knows this problem and who can help us because we really tried everything and unable to reach anyone (Help from Etsy itself) for technical assistance ..

Help, can someone help us because it's not normal not to be able to put products that need to be renewed back online.

                      Depuis 3 jours nous sommes incapable de renouveller nos fiches produits dans notre boutique Etsy. Nous avons tout essayé et rien ne fonctionne. Lorsque l'on ne renouvelle pas la journée même Etsy au lieu de se payer 0,20$ USD (que l'on paie lors du renouvellement), Etsy se prends 0,27 USD parce que l'on ne renouvelle pas automatiquement la journée même.

MAISSSSS là, nous essayons de renouveller 5 fiches produits et toujours INCAPABLE. Ce n'est habituellement jamais difficile à faire, plutôt très facile mais là rien de rien ne fonctionne. Nous ne savons pas ce qui se passe et nous espèrons qu'Etsy verra notre message car nous serons obligé de payer plus cher pour renouveller en retard, ce qui n'est pas de notre faute pour les 3 derniers jours.
Y a t'il quelqu'un qui a connu ou qui connait ce problème et qui peuvent nous aider car nous avons vraiment tout essayer et incapable de rejoindre qui que ce soit (Aide de la part d'Etsy même) pour l'aide technique..

À l'aide, quelqu'un peut il nous aider car pas normal de ne pouvoir remettre en ligne les produits qui doivent être renouvellés.

Check the forum. There are hundreds with the same problem. Etsy is working on it

Cost to renew a listing is the same whenever you renew it. It doesn't cost more if you let it expire.

If you open the listing page from your shop home page (that customers see) you can renew it there.

When we go to our payment account, Etsy charges us $0.20 USD for each ad we post or renew, which is normal and very correct, but we noticed that when we renew an item later than the day even, Etsy charges us 0.27$ USD instead of 0.20$ USD and we don't know why. But the $0.27 is well charged for the renewal delay. The problem is more in the fact that we are not able to renew but a person wrote to us that this problem, several people know it.

@RoseAimeComfort okay, maybe it's a bug. I'll keep an eye out for that. 

I do know that in the UK we get changed for renewal (£0.17*) and then VAT (20% = £0.03) on top so it adds up to £0.20.

* In some cases it is £0.16 - I assume this is because of rounding or exchange rates on the day of renewal.
