I've submitted numerous request regarding my Star Seller Badge. I only sell digital products, yet Etsy keeps giving me (Zero -0) shipping rating. 100% of my products are INSTANT DIGITAL DOWNLOADS. I've literally spent hours communicating with the support chat. Each time they assure me this issue will be expedited and sent as top priority to the tech team. I've received a notification verifying the tech support is aware that all of my digital products are incorrectly being calculated as if I were shipping physical products and that they are checking into resolving the issue.
However, it has been 4 months that I have not received a star seller badge due to this issue. This is not fair in that it could be hurting my business.
Does anyone know how to really speak to a tech support person other than the live chat? If any admins are reading...please direct me to real support.

Assuming that you have met the financial requirements ($300.00 and 5 sales) you have the other requirements.
Looking at your sales numbers, I rather doubt that not having the SSB is hurting your business. Having it doesn't help mine so I'm not sure how helpful it is to have the SSB.
All of us have slumps and you are in a very competitive market. Downloads are sadly, a dime a dozen on this site. Sales aren't always going to be great.
I don't believe the Star Seller rating has hurt my sales, but I do believe it could impact how a buyer chooses shops, especially if they are under the assumption the product is not going to arrive promptly.
@PinkberryPaperShop: I think that something else is at play - digital shops can get Star Seller and the reviews and messaging badges if they met the remaining requirements. Have you checked the applicable CSV file from your Star Seller page to make sure that some listing you are selling (such as a custom listing) is not set up as a physical item?
I will check into that, but my files are 100% instant digital downloads. I don't send items to customers. I received a message a couple of months ago indicating that Etsy was aware that my listings were "acting" like physical items and that it was a "technical" issue that they were trying to fix. However, it has been 4 months. I've spent hours chatting with online support to receive the same outcome of "We will forward this to the IT Department as a priority." It is simply not being addressed, so I was hoping if this has happened to other sellers they could share how it was resolved.
I believe you, sometime back I tried talking about the bot making airport delays part of the deal which it shouldn't but there will always be people thinking it's human error meaning yours. They never experienced it so it can't possibly happen. Oh well.
Assuming you are meeting the $300 required limit for the 3 months, have you checked your listings to make sure none are on a physical listing?
You must have some items you ship as you list Printify.
If your shop is only digital, take the reply email you received and email back that it is still an issue and would like an update. Keep asking them every few days until you get a response. Use only that one email.
