View My Shop Glitch

About a week ago it seems like the Etsy Seller App updated.  Now if I try to select the "View My Shop" from the App it sends me out of the App and to a browser.  

Instead of being able to see the items in cart, it now just displays my sale price.  If I click into the listing to see if there are items in the cart it counts it as a view and displays things like "30 views in the past 24 hours" or "2 people purchased this in the past 24 hours" instead of the amount of items in cart.

This is incredibly frustrating, because it used to be a great tool for me to know how quickly people were adding items to cart.  Is there a known fix or can we get it fixed??

@MadisonEmiliaDesigns: The 'x people have this in their cart' message is intended as a nudge for buyers, not information for sellers. There is no information from Etsy on how current, accurate, or inclusive this information is. We know for a fact that people can have an item in their cart and it does not show up on the listing.

How, when, why, or if this is displayed is a mystery with the answer only known to Etsy.

I have always found it to be helpful.  To me it's an indicator that a bachelorette party is about to order. Or that the new listing I just put up already is getting some traction.  While I don't use it as concrete data I do use it as indication that an item may sell well so I can design more in that area.

Etsy is constantly changing and testing things. They may be testing something new, or they may have already implemented something new. Unless there is an announcement, we can only speculate (and even if there's an announcement, they may just update it in a couple months with no notice anyway). If it's something that needs to be 'fixed', it's on whatever's Etsy schedule is, and in other words not likely to be a high priority to get done.
