Hallo, ich bräuchte mal Hilfe:
ich habe beim Verkäuferstar "Versand und Tracking" im Dezember nur 93% erreicht und finde den Hinweis, dass bei einem Verkauf keine Trackinginformation eingetragen wurde. Ich habe alle Verkäufe durchgeschaut, ob ich wirklich einen Eintrag vergessen habe. Negativ.
Es sind auch alle Artikel right in time ausgeliefert.
Kann ein Moderator sich mal das Thema annehmen und korrigieren und mir kurz erklären, wie das passieren konnte?

Did you look on the CSV to see which one(s) they say have no tracking? Often it is because the carrier is not recognized by etsy's system.
Also, etsy has said that they will not manually make corrections to the star seller system.
@HamburgLaPlaya - As mentioned by VintageRescueSquad check your CSV to see which orders Etsy says have no tracking. Though even if an error Etsy will not correct the problem.
You are in Germany so I'll include this: There is an Etsy glitch affecting some shop owners in Europe. You complete the order, add the tracking number but the glitch changes your chosen carrier from your PO or DHL to FedEx. The tracking number does not follow FedEx's format so Etsy sees this as no tracking.
If this has happened to you, the following work-around posted by another shop owner:
Go to the order you need to mark complete & choose the incorrect shipper.
Enter the correct tracking number & all the other data needed.
Before you click 'complete' go back and choose the correct shipper.
This is a work-around & doesn't necessarily work all the time. Many shops still go back & recheck the info. they entered a day or so later to be sure nothing changed. You have 3 days to edit the info. you entered.
@HamburgLaPlaya there have been issues for EU sellers have had there carrier change to Fedex eg for me La Poste was changed to Fedex which meant the tracking number was not recognised, I did manage to catch this within the 3 day time slot, so you might want to check your carrier is correct.
hmmm. thanks for your answers.... but i used dhl for the shipment, not fedex.
now i download the csv and realized, that one item, selled on december 17th was marked as "ready to be shipped" but when you klick on the tracking number you can see, that it was delivered on december 21st.
so there is a problem with etsy to pick up the information from dhl.
i did my job 100% right in time.
it's a bit unfair....
but maybe i should give more spotlight in selling great items and print them instead of setting my focus on a star-system which is not running in a correct way and etsy is not interested in changing their own mistakes in the system.... strange.
