I have uploaded the documents they need. It was saying "Verifying identity" for weeks. I have tried to contact for help and just get an automated response.
I am stuck on "vacation mode"
Anyone had this issue? did it get fixed?
You need to reply to the automated response. If you don't reply then it gets closed.
