Your shop is not suspended. You apparently received a scam message. Do not respond and just put that message into Spam.

Scam. Etsy does not speak like that. Some recommended reading:
Real messages from Etsy appear in the "From Etsy" tab on your Messages page https://community.etsy.com/t5/Announcements/New-From-Etsy-section-in-Messages/m-p/143722497#M1899 but this is only true when using a browser. The app does not have this section.

Be sure to mark the message as SPAM so that it does not affect your response stats. Again, the app does not allow this, only a browser.
don't click on links
don't send e-mail
if the message is not also in the "from etsy" folder, it's not from Etsy
mark as spam.
When you looked at your shop was it actually suspended? If your shop is still open then that should be one red flag that it’s a scam.
Hola buenas noches yo también ayer recibí un mensaje diciendo que tenga en cuenta que mis derechos de venta están suspendidas temporalmente y me pidwn que envíen mi correo electro para la verificación ataves de un formulario
It’s almost certainly a scam. Read through the links I posted above. Real message from Etsy will be in the “From Etsy” section of your Messages box.
Muchas gracias estimada el mensaje me llego en la app de mensaje de etsy pero al responder yo al mensaje me salia diciendo el destinatario a cerrado la sección pero voy a tener encuentra con los mensajes de estafa que pueden perjudicarme
The app unfortunately does NOT have the “From Etsy” section. You need to look at your messages from a browser to see this folder (which you can still do from your phone when you have doubts). Also, mark the bad messages as spam (which you can not do in the app) so you don’t have these counting against you for Star Seller.
Thank ypu
I just received something like this today, from "Verifier bot" with the message:
Sales in your shop are temporarily suspended to complete verification. Please provide your email address in this chat so that we can send you a verification form.
It was not in the 'From Etsy' box, and felt like a scam, so I marked at as Spam, as recommended in Etsy's help article.
Sounds like a new line of opportunism from scammers - I hope Etsy tracks them down and stops this insidious trend.
