I have been verified and finally got sales. I am unable to receive my payments until I am verified, but I have no banner anywhere saying I'm unverified. I was told to re-submit, but since all my information is valid, I have no way of re-submitting. I am distraught because the money I've made on sales is for my college classes, and I'm scared I won't receive what I've worked for.
on the tab is says I have one notification, but when I open the panel, there are no banners or markers showing me what's wrong.
The only way to upload new files is to change my information, but NOTHING HAS CHANGED. I'm honestly very upset and might take my store off Etsy permanently if this persists.
