Verified Tax info- Now in Forced Vacation Mode

I have two shops. I received an email that stated I would need to verify my tax info within ten days.  I complied right away. I was able to verify my one, smaller account without issue.  My Primary account, which has the same exact tax information,  states that my information is verified. However, my shop is now stuck in vacation mode.  I ensured that the information is exactly the same between my accounts.  I have filled out a support request. 

Is there something I am missing?  I cannot find any place that tells me what I need to do. I do not have any emails from etsy.   I have read countless accounts about people who have had their account stuck in limbo for months, and I can't afford to do that. 

I have double checked and my payment account information is correct/up-to-date.  We are a star seller with a proven track records.  We are not behind on any orders. 

I appreciate any direction/advice.

Not sure what it could be.

Do you ship to the EU/UK?  Shop policies are missing.

You don't mention your other shop in your public profile for this shop which is an Etsy requirement,

Are the two shops selling different items?  

Are all forms of name matching?  Name on shop as well as tax information as well a bank information?  

Did you use Contact us?  If so wait for the return email. It will be generic.  Just reply back that you still need help.

If you don't get a return email try chat and ask them to upgrade your issue or try to contact Etsy on social media.
