I moved states and have redone my verification numerous times. I have been placed on forced vacation mode. I have opened numerous help requests over the last couple weeks but either get an auto message to resubmit or email for more help. No one ever responds and the help requests keep getting closed out. I have had a good standing shop for years, am a star seller and am devastated all my work is for not. I just need an actual person to look. On my end everything says it is verified. All my orders have been delivered. I am at a loss for how to proceed. I have also updated my bank info and have all my business info setup for my new state.
Any suggestions would be so appreciated. I 100% pay my taxes and get 1099s from Etsy and have for years. Shop is Willaservices. Thank you for any insight or assistance.
