I'm having a meltdown. I have 20+ Listings with many variations. I have not been into change any of these listings. But on Friday, i started noticing orders coming through with no variants displayed, and for the lowest price variant.
I've had to reach out to each customer so ask what their desired size and colour would be, and sell at a loss (To keep them happy).
When i go into each listing to try put in the variants again, i hit save, but then they change back to no variations shortly after.
This is really effecting my shop, sales and customer service - I have orders i cannot process because i'm still waiting to hear back from the customer what their desired product was. I'm probably going to loose my start seller badge which i've had for 4 months.
Does anyone have any idea what on earth has happened, and how i can fix this?
