Sometimes Etsy puts shops in Vacation mode when it is verifying documents or if orders are late etc. However, the message on your storefront does not look like Etsy has put it in Vacation Mode.
I see that your one sale was cowboy boots. Were they made or designed by you, or were they vintage? I don’t know what the rest of your shop was but I can see how Etsy may question the boots on handmade or not.
