Vacation mode and Deposit schedule

I have some problems and wanted contact Etsy support but keep failing.

Etsy live chat is frozen for few days (It worked well before) and Etsy support e-mail link connects to live chat instead of e-mail.

And I cannot help but write the issues here.

App. 3 weeks ago, Etsy asked me to enroll Etsy payment and I did it.

Since that, every Monday (USA time) my shop becomes vacation mode automatically for hours (I think it is like 3 ~ 5 hours), and back to normal.

It happens already 3 times, automatically turns the vacation mode on, and few hours later it offs, and I have not gotten any message from Etsy with this.

Yesterday my shop total view dropped 77% after the automatic vacation mode.

I think it is technical issue, since it keeps turning on and off every Monday.

The deposit schedule is every Monday and I think it is related to it, since it is happening every Monday.

And, my deposit schedule has postponed into next week.

I think there should be a reason and would like to ask about this, but nowhere else but here...

We're other sellers in the forums. We can share similar experiences and maybe some things to look at or things to try. But we can't actually look at your account and take any action.

It sounds like a verification issue every time Etsy tries to make a deposit ... almost as if something about your bank account or credit card is triggering a verification that resolves itself after a few hours. Might be worthwhile to double check your bank account information. With the number of posts about problems with verification, I'm not sure I'd change anything w/o talking to Etsy support.

As far as the views dropping ... I've never had confident in using daily stats for much of anything. They're not real time and the % variance depends on the base numbers which can jump dramatically when compared to the previous day.

Nevertheless, short vacations may be having an impact on views ... so it is worth contacting Etsy support to get this resolved. All I can suggest is persistence ... working with one support request and continuously responding that you still need help until the issue is resolved.

I noticed that your store didn't have a location. Adding one may help your store appear in searches.

I actually don’t know what is the problem…

I checked the bank account and Payoneer but all is fine.

I marked my location but it does not show on front page, but it clearly shows in the listing page though.

I really want to talk to Etsy support but every time I click the link (I still need a help) directly go to ‘chat with us’ but nobody answers.

Hopefully Etsy support sends me any message through this channel.

Try switching to monthly deposits temporarily and then you can request a next day deposit and see if that deposit works or if you are placed on vacation mode at other times and not just on Monday.

The Deposit schedule is blocked. I cannot change it.
