I would love some advice. Etsy put my shop in their (under 48 hour) vacation hold/pause a week ago and it is still down. I have checked all my documents, am up to date on all my orders, have requested help in the help center emails twice.
They are not responding at all. If I need to fix something I will but have no idea what to fix. Zero communication from Etsy.
It is Q4 and I was starting to get some momentum going.
Anyone have any advice on what to do?
