After updating my company information and tax information on Etsy, a warning like the one below appeared in the legal and tax information section.
"We were unable to verify the business information you entered at onboarding. Please review your business name and any identification numbers closely, make any necessary changes, and re-submit it for verification. You'll have two re-verification attempts, after which your account will be locked.
If you continue to have trouble, please contact your local tax authority or applicable government entity, where the business is registered, for more assistance."
It put my store on vacation mode and none of my listings are visible. It won't let me turn off vacation mode.
I submitted the documents of my tax information and identity information to etsy yesterday, but I have not received a response yet.
How can I solve this problem, I have customers waiting to order and they are waiting for the store to be active.
Could you please advise me on how to overcome this problem.
