Vacation Mode

I was put on vacation mode for no apparent reason. I thought maybe there was a fee that needed to be payed, but it seems as though it was payed by taking away my revenue. It won't allow me to turn of Vacation Mode. I only have one order which was today. What is wrong?

You probably got an email from Etsy, check your email and spam emails. As a new shop you need to provide a copy of your ID card for data verification.
