Vacation Mode for over 2 weeks and no explanations from Etsy

Hi, 

I write to you, because I don' know what else to do.

Etsy Support seems to be a KI Bot that is posting the same not-helpful text over and over again in the support request without reading my real issue.

Here my situation: 

I created a business account on Etsy and provided the VAT and also the official document signed from legal authorities. I already created a bunch of products and already paid for them to Etsy.

My VAT is already verified but I do not get any information if my legal document is accepted or not. The shop is now over two weeks in Vacation mode. And support ist just spamming the same standard text over and over again.

I invested so much into creating my products but now it seems that Etsy support will go on like this forever even though I already spend my money to Etsy.

Do I miss something important?

Can anyone help me to get to a real support person instead of this KI Bot, that seems to answer?

I would be so thankful for any advice. 

I am so desperate with this situation and feel so helpless.

I thought I had done everything right.
