Hi, I need really need help quickly. My husband and i got the email this morning telling us to verify our seller info within 7 days. we tried within 30 minutes.
We have a general partnership and i am listed in the shop's seller info as the primary and my husband as the additional owner. Our birthdays are listed correctly in each section of the owner information. We were uploading my driver's license, but as we were uploading it, we noticed the pop-up box that says the goverment ID used must match what was listed in the popup. My name and address were shown but my husband's birthday was listed rather than mine. And within minutes our shop was placed in vacation mode. We've opened a customer support ticket. But, all we got was a canned generic email telling us to upload what we already uploaded!
We've previously used/uploaded my driver's license for verification and it was not an issue. So, i don't see why my husband's birthday was being to verify if my primary owner role and the pop-up had my name rather his. It didn't the last time we had to do this. This seems like a system error! We shouldn't have been placed into vacation mode for something that is not our fault.
Please help!!!!!!
