I am growing VERY concerned...
Several Amazon sellers have taken my original photography, from my shop, and used them. ETSY has deactivated these listing's. From other threads, I can see that this is a growing problem and ligitimate sellers are having their shops closed for good. I am concerned about this, since I was sent a message that this was my final warning and after selling on ETSY for 10 YEARS!
I have filed an IP Infringement with Amazon, for one of the listing's, with no change in status. The other listing's is in Italy and the Amazon Italy won't recognize the URL, so tha I can successfully report it. I don't know if it is too old or the seller is no longer on there, etc.
I have spent the last week, emailing ETSY support and every day. I included the steps I take to make my items and photograph them. I receive the same reply and that I need to contact the person that reported them, but it wasn't a person. It is their automatic flagging system.
I would like to know what else can be done and before my shop is closed for good? This is heartbreaking, after having put so much of my heart into my shop and for the last decade.
amazon is normally very good at taking down dcma reports
make sure it is DCMA, and not Trademark you are reporting
you can use the asin , if the URL doesn't work, it will be on the google search bar above, (the www.. thingy) and look something like

Your Cardinal earrings are widely available, including Amazon, eBay, AliExpress, Temu, etc. It may be a similar situation with many of your other listings. If so, it certainly appears to the bots that you are reselling. With almost 700 items listed, you would need a full time team to file your take down notices. All I can suggest is that you create more complicated items that can't be easily replicated or sell your items elsewhere.
@TreeTreasuresCanada @3PetuniaPlace yes, part of the problem is likely that the charms are widely available, so image recognition AI turns up many people who have also put a charm on an ear hook.
Etsy wants "unique" items now, so they are taking down things that are the same as elsewhere, even if the image isn't stolen. The OP has a much bigger issue than an Amazon seller stealing some photos.
(Please note I am not criticizing the earrings; I sell some of these charms myself and have done custom earring orders for a few. That's how I know how easy it is to buy the majority of them.)
@cindylouwho2makes a good point. That rules for Hand Assembled say "to create a unique end-product". So if two shops are putting the same charm on the same chain only one of them can be unique.
OMG! It is heartbreaking to see your items are copied and the thieves are not getting caught. I hope, you will not get closed down. Also, will it help adding watermarks to your photos? How to find the Amazon items with your photos? Can other people try to report those to Amazon as well?
only the owners of the dcma - owners of the photos - can report breach of their own copyright
