Hello
After I signed up for 'share and save', my monthly VAT statements/ invoices are incorrect.
Reason is, that Etsy doesn't include the discount I'm getting, on the invoice and therefore the invoice does not live up to the standards required by law.
Is there a way to get an updated invoice, or maybe just a credit note for the discount?
By law, I need correct documentation for my accounting.
