VACATION MODE ISSUE

I can’t turn Vacation Mode off from my phone. Using a computer isn’t an option now ( I do want to use a public one to share my account info)

Looks like it a long time issue. It was reported many times here on forum. 
Is there a way to fix it?

@CakeStandsBoutique  I've never had a problem turning on/off on the Sell on Etsy app, but I know others have.  Can you use the browser/desktop version of Etsy?  Or load the new Seller app with the blue icon?  Good luck - come back to let us know what works.

It's at the bottom right corner of the app when you start it up.

Are you using the web version on your phone?  Try that to see if you can remove vacation mode.

I always use a phone, if you're having a problem with the app use a browser.

I usually use a browser. the vacation mode is disabled there.

I tried the app. But didn’t find 3 lines and vacation mode at all!  Asked my husband ( he is a programmer) to help. He didn’t find it either.. very upset

As dumb as this sounds, try putting your phone on auto rotate then turning your phone to landscape (sideways). Maybe the 3 horizontal lines are just off screen; I've had that with desktop view on my phone but not an app but worth a try. Also, I have been assuming you are using the SELL on Etsy app, not the buyer / seller Etsy app (I don't use that one).

I have this problem too. Try switching to desktop mode on your phone.
