Urgent problem - bug on the Star Seller report

Hi, Thank you for your help. There is a bug on the Star Seller report...

-338 orders missing processing time (but I have processing time on each shipping profile and with each listing and it was shipped on time)

- 71 order missing tracking info (but the order wasn't shipped... -> status in progress)

What I can do?? I will lose my Star Seller badge...

@ManhattanBox: As has been reported in numerous recent threads in this forum, there is a glitch where some orders "lose" their processing time. I don't believe that the underlying data has ever been corrected for anyone experiencing this issue.

As to the orders missing tracking, that seems a little more confusing. If you have not yet marked the order as completed, it show as shipped late if it is past the scheduled ship by date.

If you have not yet done so, you need to check the applicable CSV file on your Star Seller page (last review period for January star) to confirm what Etsy thinks is late or otherwise has something wrong with it. In particular make sure that *Had processing time?* = yes, *Ship by* has a date, *Tracking/label date* has a date, and *Shipped on time?* = yes. Remember that Star Seller dates / times are in UTC not your time zone.

"Hi, Thank you for your help." Just so you know, even if Etsy Support or the Help Pages sent you here this is a seller peer to peer forum, and should not be considered a way to contact Etsy, if that is your hope (although Etsy does sometimes read and reply to posts).

Star Seller On-time shipping & tracking displays that almost all orders are missing processing time, but each product has processing time. I don't understand why. 72 orders show missing tracking info, even though these orders haven't reached the shipping time yet. I can ensure that each order is shipped on time according to Etsy rules, but it still shows a problem with my On-time shipping & tracking. I don't know where the issue is. The customer service response has consistently been that it's a backend technical issue being resolved, and I need to wait. The evaluation for Star Seller status is coming up next month, and I'm anxious. I hope Etsy can provide a solution soon.

This is exactly why I really dislike the whole Star Seller program. Constant glitches making for anxious sellers.
