I am partnering with ShareASale for media marketing affiliates to promote my Etsy shop and I need to know if Etsy will accommodate what is Required so that we may successfully track all orders?
"Before copying the code below, be sure your developer replaces the {{placeholder}} values with variables or macros from your particular cart so they're correctly populated per the definitions. Each ¶meter={{placeholder}} is designed to capture a different aspect of the customer's sale and journey."
Since it doesn't appear that ShareASale is one of Etsy's Integration partners, my guess would be No. They certainly wouldn't do it manually for you.
Maybe you should read the reviews on trust pilot regarding shareasale before continuing
@CryzalisMasksUK Wow, that's an eye-opener.
Even if the company does what it promises, Etsy is a marketplace, it is not your own website. You need your own website for such services
@6tiLLFresh You would get better help if you asked for a Shop Critique. Otherwise, you can read a few critiques given to other POD sellers. Much of the advice given in those can be applied to your shop and listings.
There are also several Help and Seller Handbook articles regarding titles, tags, etc, such as:

No, it’s not going to work. They are instructing you (or your web developer) to add code to your website. You cannot change the code for your Etsy shop.
No,
There is no way etsy will let you change the code on etsy - that would be 100% insecure and a disaster
ebay won't do it, amazon won't do it, no safe platform will.
You need to have your own website, and give them access to your stuff, if you are happy with their security and services.
