Urgent.. need help

The buyer says he bought the item but I have not recieved any order yet.

My shop is very new yet. Please someone help me to get in contract with an Etsy support team member.

You have no sales. Mark the message as spam and do not reply.

If it doesn't show in your payment account then you do not have an order.  Don't send anything.  It could be on his end it is stuck in payment processing or it could be a scam.  If someone asks for your email or credit card or banking info in order to process something that is a scam.  And they target new shops.  I would just say that you don't show an order on your end and cannot send anything out unless payment clears.

If you don't show an order, you don't have one. Tell him that and suggest perhaps they are confusing you with another Etsy shop. Many new shoppers don't realize we are all individual shops, and not just "Etsy."

Your shop shows no sales and you have no listings, sounds like a scam to me. I would mark it as spam and ignore.

Most likely it is a scam. If it doesn't show up on your dashboard (even as payment processing) it never happened.

Scammers prey on new shops hoping you are naive. Did they ask for your email? Did you respond? If you then get an email from etsy asking you to enter/confirm your payment details or bank info, it is FAKE. They are trying to get access to your banking info

Sounds like a scam; do not reply if they say they need your email, etc- they are trying to steal your info.

it will be a scam, if the order was still processing you will receive a email from etsy
