Urgent bug fix needed: Old shipping profile and pricing re-added to listing when listing renews

Hi, over the last 48 hours every listing that I have sold when it has renewed has added my old shipping profile (meaning I've had to issue refunds) and changed to my old pricing (meaning potential loss of revenue). Could you please look into a bug fix for this? It's never happened to me before.

All of your listings are free shipping. Is that you want?

In your listings page, you can bulk edit the listing to change the shipping profile or deactivate until you figure out if a profile is needed.

Hi Nana, yes that's correct, but I manually had to do that after 18 listings renewed and went back to their old paid shipping profile and decreased my prices to my old pricing. Thanks Hertfordweaver, I used bulk edit to correct the the shipping profiles that had reverted. However I'm pretty sure this is a bug fix needed by the tech team. I'll keep monitoring to see if any further listings revert when renewed.

Update: Two of my listings keep getting made inactive for no apparent reason? No communication from Etsy as to why. I reactivate and they become inactive again.
