Urgent: Unable to upload a business verification document

Hi,

I created a company for my Etsy store, so I switched my Etsy account from a Sole Proprietor to a Corporation. My account was set to "taking a break". I was asked to upload a business verification document to sell on Etsy but I cannot find any upload button in the legal and tax information section of the site to upload my document. How can I solve this issue asap? I already submitted a ticket (and attached my business document to my ticket), but I have not received any reply yet. Can you please escalate my issue for resolution?

Douya, I hope somebody upstairs in Etsy Admin sees this - we don't have any way to tell for sure just how to get your verification documents to them.  Hopefully some kind helpful person here will know how to get to the important "I still need help" channel!

Thank you for your reply. So far, I did not get any reply from Etsy support yet and this is so frustrating. I wish somebody from Etsy can get back to me and clarify further steps.

@douyadesigns: I always wonder if your experience is a side effect of Etsy not allowing account transfers and thus not having the mechanisms in place to do it smoothly - after all in a very technical sense a corporation and a sole proprietor are not the same "person" and therefore you want to transfer your account to a different legal entity.

Thank you for your reply. This is really confusing as there is no infomation about whether we can do the change or not. If we can do, there is no clear information about how to do so. Etsy still did not get back to my inquiry yet and my shop was forced to be on break now. Can somebody help me with it?
